Welcome to Middle School Fitness!
 



At RVMS all students participate in fitness class for one quarter during the school year.  In fitness class students will be working on improving their overall health and skill related fitness. Areas of focus will be cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility. Other items will include goal-setting and cooperative teamwork.  We will achieve this through daily warm-ups and fitness activities as well as sport and skill-related  games.  Students will be introduced to a wide variety of activities during the 9-week course.

A little about me..... 

I started teaching in Redwood Falls in August of 2012 and I have truly enjoyed working with the students and staff in the entire district.  As my family moves on to new adventures in North Dakota I will look back and cherish the past 5 years here in Redwood Falls.  

I hope everyone has a fun, safe and ACTIVE summer!
